Packer inflation pumps for fast inflation and deflation of grouting packers for foundation engineering
The packer inflation pump WP10 is designed for fast and efficient inflation and deflation of grouting packers. It is totally made of aluminum and stainless steel, and the design is very compact. The pumping fluid is water, pumping pressure can be adjusted to the specific inflation conditions of any packer. The system Works automatically, the WP10 keeps always the preselected water pressure, and it is able to feed various packer at same time. As packers take water in, the system pressure drops, so the pump starts automatically to raise pressure again. Packer inflation is instantaneous, aprox 1 sec, without any struggle for operator. The water return system is also automatic, a constant vacuum of 98% is kept in the return water way, so that the packer deflation is the quickest physically possible, aprox 5-6 sec. The deflation water returns to original water tank, thus closing circuit.
